RETURNS

Online Orders

We hope that you love every order you receive from the TH&TH online store, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return your order to us for a refund, provided that the following guidelines are observed.

For all online orders we offer a 14 day returns policy starting from the date you receive your order. We will accept returns in new condition with all original tags, hanger and poly bag included for a refund.  

Please try items on with care. If you decide to return your item, please ensure it is in perfect condition. Please ensure the item is sent back as it was received (no make up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume or other stains), we are unable to accept returns that are not in perfect condition and they will be send back to you.

Your refund can only be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

TH&TH U.K. Ltd are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels (unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for at our warehouse). We can only refund items that arrive to our return centre and in the same condition they were sent.

Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning. Please also ensure you add a senders address to the parcel.

Stockist Orders

Please note if you purchase from one of our stockists, they will have their own return policy. Please check with individual stockists for details.

 

RETURNS SHIPPING

For U.K. returns you are able to create a fuss free return with Royal Mail. A £3.49 charge will be deducted from your refund. As a small company we want to be transparent and have chosen to not hide shipping costs into our prices. 

International customers are responsible for their own return costs.

TH&TH U.K. Ltd are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels (unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for at our warehouse). We can only refund items that arrive to our return centre in the same condition they were sent.

Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning.

 

REFUNDS

We do not currently confirm receipt of your parcel, we kindly ask you check your tracking number to make sure your return has reached us. 

Once we have successfully received your return our usual refund processing time for inspection and reprocessing is up to 14 working days. We are a small team and in busier periods refund time may take slightly longer.

So please allow up to 21 days from the day the return was received for it to be processed and up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear back onto the original form of payment. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when we have processed your refund, it can then take a few more working days for the amount to settle and be shown as back in your account.

We are unable to refund to cancelled payment methods so please contact us before cancelling any payment methods to expedite your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 14 working days, please contact us at enquiries@thandth.com.

 

EXCHANGES

We cannot offer exchanges at this time so we recommend you send us your unsuitable item for a refund and order the required size/product.
