The Dresses
We do our best to keep all of our dresses in stock, so if you're based in the U.K*, you can typically expect next-day delivery.
If a dress isn’t currently available, you’ll have the option to pre-order, with delivery in approximately 5-6 weeks.
In stock and pre order items are both eligible for return for a refund. If you choose extra length option, this item is not eligible for return as it will be made specifically for you.
To help make the lead-up to your big day as smooth and stress-free as possible, we always recommend ordering early to ensure everything is perfect well in advance.

Our sizes range is from UK4 to UK28.
Our standard length is 58 inches / 147cm from the dip at the base of your neck to the floor. This is suitable for up to 5ft9 height with no shoes. Please order our extra length option for those taller than 5ft9.
Our dresses are designed to be easily altered , if required, for a perfect fit.

All of our dresses are designed and made in-house, giving us full control to ensure each piece reflects our commitment to exceptional quality and responsible craftsmanship.
We proudly produce our collections in our own factory in Vietnam, where every garment is created with care by a team of highly skilled artisans. Owning our production means we can maintain the highest standards while fostering a safe, supportive workplace where talent is nurtured and respected.

Ordering
Our HQ is in beautiful Cambridgeshire, U.K.
On our U.K. site prices displayed are in Pound Sterling (GBP). We also have pages for the U.S (USD$), Europe (EUR) and Hong Kong (HKD).
Please double-check your billing postcode, as this is the most common issue. If a transaction fails, funds may appear as ‘pending’ before being automatically returned.
You're welcome to try your purchase again, ensuring the correct billing postcode is entered. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us at enquiries@thandth.com or reach out to your card provider for further assistance.
For declines you may need to contact the issuing bank of the card.
We’re happy to help, changes can be made up until your order is fulfilled. Once it’s been fulfilled, we’re no longer able to make adjustments.

You can track your order using the courier tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at enquiries@thandth.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If a style is sold out, you can pre-order it with delivery in approximately 5-6 weeks. Payment is taken in full at the time of reservation, and your item will ship automatically once restocked.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together when your pre-ordered items arrive at our fulfilment warehouse. This helps ensure perfect colour and fabric matching across batches.
We regrettably cannot offer discounts, sorry.
We completely understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that returns are made within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept returns after this period and orders will be return shipped to you.
We’re a small team doing our best to respond as quickly as possible. You can usually expect a reply within 2 working days (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm). Thanks so much for your patience!

We ship all our dresses from our warehouse in Royal Leamington Spa, U.K.
Next Day as standard to U.K. Addresses* (order before 3pm): £6.99

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TH&TH purchase, and we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition meaning it must be free from items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, hair etc
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item has not been altered.
- The item is not marked as FINAL SALE.
Please start your return on our return portal.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
TH&TH are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels (unless you send the parcel tracked and can show that the parcel has been signed for at our warehouse). We can only refund items that arrive to our return centre and in the same condition they were sent.
Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning. Please also ensure you add a senders address to the parcel.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and confirm your refund eligibility within 3 working days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Unfortunately any return requests received more than 30 days from the received delivery date are ineligible for return and if received into our warehouse will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our returns centre.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or colour.
Our boutique partners do not allow refunds.
Garment Care
Please follow the care label that is attached to prolong to life of your gown.
We recommend steaming your gown to remove unwanted creases. If you have ordered online your gown will have been folded and will need to be steamed to ensure it looks incredible. We recommend you test a small area first to ensure you have the setting correct.
We do also recommend having a handheld steamer available to use on the morning of the wedding to remove any last minute creases.
