Shipping policy
Delivery
We deliver to the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in Cambridgeshire, UK.
UK delivery
• Standard UK Delivery (DHL) – £5.99. Delivered within 2 working days of dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Next Day UK Delivery (DPD) – £8.99. Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch your order the same day for delivery the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery charges are per order, not per item.
Republic of Ireland – €13.50
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland with DPD, within 2 working days of dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). All duties and taxes are included – there’s nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
• Orders under £300: £23.00
• Orders of £300 or more: £5.99
Areas that can take longer
Delivery to some UK postcodes can take a little longer:
• Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes) and the Scottish Highlands (AB36–38, FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40, PA80, PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50): please allow up to 2 working days.
• Scottish Islands (HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3): please allow 2–5 working days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a DHL or DPD tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Pre-orders
If you order a pre-order item, you’ll find its estimated dispatch date on the product page. This is an estimate, so your order may arrive up to 7 days earlier or later. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll send everything together once your pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, so colours and fabrics match perfectly across your bridal party.
Returns
Our returns promise
• 30 days to return – counted from the day your order is delivered. That’s more than twice the 14 days offered by some bridesmaid brands.
• One £5.99 return fee per order – not per dress. Returning several sizes for your bridal party? You only pay once.
• Nothing to pay upfront. The return fee is simply deducted from your refund.
• Returning your whole order? For UK orders, we’ll refund your standard delivery charge too.
• Free returns on faulty or incorrect items.
• Pre-orders included. Your 30 days start when your pre-order is delivered, however long it takes to make.
• Refunds processed within 5 working days of your return reaching us – and we always aim to be quicker.
