At TH&TH Bridesmaids, we currently ship to UK & ROI addresses only. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Cambridge, UK.
Delivery Service & Rates
- Standard UK Delivery:
We use DPD’s next working day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for a flat rate of £5.99. - Same-Day Dispatch:
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. - Republic Of Ireland Delivery
- We use DPD's service for a flat rate of €13.50. All duties & taxes included. No surprise charges.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking number to follow your delivery in real-time.
Pre-Orders
If you’re purchasing a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated delivery date on the product page. Your order will be dispatched as soon as it is ready. If you have purchased a pre-order item and in-stock item in the same order, we won't ship your order until the pre-order item arrives into our studio.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy.
How to Return Your Items
Returning your order is simple:
- Use our DPD Returns Portal to generate and print your returns label (https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/AUREVA).This service costs £5.99, which will be deducted from your refund.Available for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland customers only.
- Republic Of Ireland customers will need to send back their own returns, address and details will be sent during the return request process.
2. Securely package your items and attach the returns label clearly to the outside of the parcel.
3.Include your packing slip inside the parcel so we can process your return promptly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and confirm your refund eligibility within 3 working days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in perfect condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All tags, ribbon seals, and fastenings must remain intact
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch right away so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
Important Information
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund (unless the item is faulty).
- Return postage is your responsibility unless using the DPD Returns Portal.
- Always obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- You are responsible for the condition of the items until we receive them.
- If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable, and this will be clearly noted at checkout.
